TwinYied is our take on what a duplex should feel like — not a compromise, but a proper home. Two mirrored units sit side-by-side under one unified roofline, each with its own front door, private yard, and garage. From the curb it reads as a single, intentional building rather than a stacked rental.
Inside each unit, the plan prioritizes everyday livability: an open kitchen and living area on the main floor, three bedrooms up, and two full bathrooms. The shared wall between units is engineered for sound separation so neighbors stay neighbors — not roommates.
This is currently a concept design. Finishes, siding, window placements, and interior layouts are all still open for discussion. If you're considering a duplex for a rental investment, multi-generational family setup, or a house-hack with a mortgage helper next door, this is a great starting point to build from.
