AnchorPoint is a family-owned construction company based in Wenatchee. Most of our work is custom homes, and we put real time into planning before ground breaks so the build goes the way we said it would.
We also take on duplexes and small multi-family projects. The subcontractors and suppliers we work with are local people we've worked with before and trust to do it right.
Whether it's a single home or a multi-unit project, we stay involved from the first walkthrough to the last one.

The things people usually want to know on the first call.
It depends on the lot, the size, and the finishes you choose, so we won't throw out a number that means nothing. On the first call we'll talk through what you have in mind and give you a realistic range before you spend anything on plans. The discovery call is free.
Every project is different, but you'll know your schedule before we break ground. We lock the schedule during pre-construction, and once the build starts you get weekly updates so you always know what's happening on site and what comes next.
Yes. It's your home, and minds change once you see things taking shape. If you want to change something mid-build, we'll tell you straight what it does to the cost and the schedule before you decide, and nothing moves forward until you've signed off. No surprises on the final bill.
We're based in Wenatchee and build throughout the valley: Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and the surrounding areas of Chelan and Douglas County.
No. Some clients come to us with finished blueprints, others with a page of ideas and photos. Either works. If you have plans, we'll build from them. If you don't, we'll work through design and selections with you during the design stage, so you end up with a home that fits how you actually live.
Yes. A lot of our clients start before they've bought a lot. Talking to a builder first can save you from buying land with expensive surprises in it — slope, access, utilities. Tell us where you're looking and we'll help you think it through.
We do. Alongside custom homes, we take on duplexes and small multi-family projects — for rental income, multi-generational families, or both. Our TwinYield duplex concept in the gallery is a good place to start.
Most of our work is new construction, but we take on remodels and additions when they're a good fit. Tell us what you have in mind on the discovery call and we'll give you an honest answer about whether we're the right builder for it.
We do a full walkthrough together before handoff, and the work is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right, you call us and we fix it.
